Swindon Borough Council has opened twelve planning applications for public comment, covering everything from house extensions to tree surgery, with decisions still pending across the borough. Among them are a side and rear extension with a new garden room at 36 Oxford Road in Stratton St Margaret, retrospective internal alterations and a new front door at 36 High Street in Highworth, and security gates for the driveway at School House on Windsor Road in Lawn.
