A fly-tipping site on the Ridgeway that had grown to include several sofas has finally been cleared, following a sustained campaign by Swindon Borough Councillor Matt Hinton. The pile, described by Cllr Hinton as one of the worst examples of dumped rubbish in the area, had built up over time despite repeated complaints from residents who live nearby.
