Shoppers at Swindon Designer Outlet have been left disappointed after the minimum spend required to earn a free parking voucher was quietly doubled from £100 to £200. The change, which came into effect about a week before 6 October 2026, was first spotted by customers posting on Facebook, with one reporting being asked for £200 at the till having budgeted for £100.
